Our carbon and graphite grades are produced in diameters ranging from 3" to 16" by standard lengths of 48" and 72" long. In rectangular blocks, sizes are as large as 16.25" Thk x 16.25" Wd x 72" Lg. The smaller rounds (<11" diameter) are available in both medium grain (max
0.031") and fine grain (max 0.008") particle sizes.
Specialty Carbon and Graphite Grades:
Product Description: A fine grain, high strength extruded carbon/graphite composite material that is harder and stronger than comparable graphite grades.
Nominal Sizes: Cylindrical diameters from 3” through 10” inches and lengths from 48”to 72” inches. Material is sold un-machined and actual sizes are larger than nominal.
Applications: Bearing, bushings and other wear resistant parts.
Product Description: A fine grain, high density, high strength, extruded graphite.
